If you find it necessary to return goods to us, please provide us with the following information (which must be enclosed with the returned goods):
Copy of your invoice
Description of the goods being returned and the reason for return
We are unable to accept any responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your item(s) are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting. Please return items via Royal Mail 1nd Class post (if it is possible Recorded Delivery).
Royal Mail International Signed For: delivery usually within 4-6 working days of dispatch.
