| Terms and conditions
Our terms and conditions will be applicable for every item purchased from the Fizz
Jewellery ebay shop. If you make an order you are showing that you agree with these terms
and conditions, that you are an authorised user of the chosen payment method and you have
enough funds to cover the cost. You are responsible for informing us about any changes to
the details that you have provided. We do stress that this does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer. We do reserve the right to change these trading conditions at any
time, so please check them when you make a purchase. Your order is an offer to buy from us.
Please check your order to make sure it is correct before confirming. A contract between
Fizz Jewellery and the customer will not come into effect until we accept the order to
dispatch the goods. We can at any point decline to sell the products to you.
Payment methods
We accept payment via Paypal and Postal Orders. If you are paying with a postal order then
please include information of your purchase in the envelope the Postal Order is sent in.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@fizzjewellery.co.uk if you need assistance
with any of our payment methods.
Sometimes Paypal payments come through as e-cheques which can take longer to clear than
stated. If you are unsure of the e-cheque clearing date please let us know and we will tell
you the estimated clearance date given to us by Paypal. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A CHEQUE
AS PAYMENT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES!
All orders must be paid for within 7 working days otherwise an unpaid item dispute will be
opened and ebay will be notified. If payment still isn't received we will close the dispute
and issue a strike against your ebay account which could result in your account being
closed.
Post and Packaging Charges
Post and packaging charges are stated in the listing. The charges do not just include the
cost of the stamp, but packaging costs, handling time and petrol costs to post the item.
We do offer postage discounts. Pay the highest price postage for the first item and then
just 20p per any additional item after that. If you pay for items separately and pay
full post and packaging costs on each item then the items will be dispatched separately to
you.
Postage on all orders over £15.00 is free! (This excludes charm lots and watches)
Dispatch and delivery time
Fizz Jewellery will attempt to dispatch your items within 3 working days after payment has
cleared by your chosen payment method, however there may occasionally be delays so please
allow up to 7 days for dispatch. You will receive an email from ebay once your item has
been marked as dispatched. We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail First Class Post. Please allow up to 15 working days for
delivery in the UK. If the item hasn't turned up we will ensure you receive a full refund or a replacement but please contact us for more information if necessary.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from Fizz Jewellery!
All out items are checked thoroughly before sending, but in the unlikely event you are
unhappy with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, at
sales@fizzjewellery.co.uk quoting your name address, item number, details of the product
fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Returns and exchanges done without prior notification to us may not be processed.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded unless
damaged. When we have received your item and checked it we will contact you via email or ebay messages and
advise you of when your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3 to 5 working days for
the refund to be processed which we will do via the original payment method you used. If
payment is received by Paypal this will be to the account you originally used. Please note
the original postal charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown
in our listings. However, because the colours you see will depend on your
monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be
accurate.
Intellectual Property Rights
The rights in the designs and content of this our ebay shop are owned by Fizz Jewellery.
They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy,
modify or distribute any part of any listing without permission. All trademarks, product
names and company names or logos featured on any listing are the property of their
owners.
Right to alter Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may change from time to time. Fizz Jewellery reserves the right
to change the terms and conditions without notice.
Complaints/ Suggestions / Contact
We want you to be 100% happy! If you have any complaints or suggestions about our services
please email us at sales@fizzjewellery.co.uk or through ebay messages where we will be
happy to assist you. Please allow up to four working days for a response. If you have any
complaints we will advise you by email of the steps we are taking to resolve the
