Q: Do I need Arch Supports?
A: Arch Supports are not just for arch pain. If you have toe, heel, ankle, shin, knee, or back pain arch supports may be able to relieve your pain by correcting alignment. Often when the arch of your foot is not supported correctly the rest of your foot alignment is disturbed, affecting the alignment in the rest of your body.
Q: Can Insoles be transferred from shoe to shoe?
A: Yes. Be sure to take the Insoles with you when you buy new shoes so you don't buy a shoe that is the wrong size and volume. Remember to remove any factory sock liners, if needed.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship Monday through Friday and we typically ship within 24 hours. If you have paid late Friday or over the weekend, you can expect the package to ship on Monday. Depending on size, our primary shipping method is either USPS Priority mail or First Class "tracked" delivery. The US Post Office says 3 days for Priority and estimates 3 days for First Class Tracked deliveries.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
A: If you have a problem with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback. If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back. If your item is damaged or defective we will exchange the item for you at no charge and credit your Credit Card for the postage used to send it back. This means you get the same product that you ordered sent back to you. If you would like to exchange your unused item for another item within 10 days of receiving your item: we will exchange the item for you and make any adjustments to your Credit Card for postage and difference in the new item ordered. This means you pay for postage to us and postage for exchanged item back to you.
Q: How can I obtain tracking information?
A: Tracking information is available on the winning item page on EBay. To view any updates in shipping, simply visit the web page and click on the "View Order Details". Please wait at least 7 days after the printing of the shipping label before contacting us about not receiving the package.
