Let's make this simple. If you aren't happy, we're not happy.

If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations within the first 90 days of receipt, you may return it for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. No questions asked.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact us and we will do everything that we can to make it right. You trusted us enough to make a purchase. It is the least we can do.

• Winning buyer prepays with PayPal or with major credit card and gets item(s) shipped ASAP.
• Payment must be made within 72 hours of the auction close or item purchase.  If you are bidding on multiple items and would like to wait and make a single, please let us know.
• eCheck payments will delay order shipment until the eCheck clears.
• BE ADVISED. We participate in the eBay Unpaid Item Policy Process. Do not make the purchase, if you are not going to pay for the item.

• We accept PayPal payments by using the "Pay Now" links on the auction page.
• We also accept most major credit cards and PayPal through our own checkout system.  Upon purchase, please contact us for instructions.

Fishwest is proud to offer free domestic shipping on (almost) everything we sell.  Items that do not qualify for free shipping are clearly noted in their description or on the listing page.  Our free method means that we use the most cost-effective shipping option available.  We use various services from UPS and US Postal Service.  So, if you are leaving for Alaska in a few days, please do not select free shipping.  Yes, our turn-around time will make your head spin and sometimes the carriers deliver ahead of schedule, but there are no delivery time guarantees with free shipping.  Don't put your dream trip to New Zealand at risk just to save a few bucks on shipping.  If you are planning your trip well in advance and have time to spare, our free shipping option cannot be beat.

• All shipping charges, if any, are detailed on the listing page.  Please use the shipping calculator located on the listing page.  If the shipping option or destination that is required is not explicitly stated, you must contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. 
• Shipping charges are not negotiable.
• Free shipping on one listing, does not imply free shipping on a separate listing for the same item.  Each listing will detail its shipping charges.
• We will combine shipping or offer shipping discounts on multiple items, but this must be arranged in advance.  Once payment has been made, we will not refund shipping charges.  If you purchase multiple items, we will send you an invoice with the shipping charges combined.
• We reserve the right to choose shipping company and appropriate shipping method based on destination.  We also reserve the right to NOT ship to certain international destinations.

International orders must note the following:

Import duties, VAT, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts", US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

• If the buyer chooses to refuse the shipment to avoid the taxes, VAT, duty or customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, the buyer responsible for the return shipping charges or a 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
• INTERNATIONAL is anywhere outside of the United States.
