Policy & Returns

• All payments are expected within 7 days of sale.
• Non payers will receive a non-paying-bidder alert filed against them.
• Returns are accepted but must be made within 14 days of receiving goods and only for goods sold within the UK.
• Faulty goods can be returned after the 14 day period but must have a genuine reason for return.
• Any exchanges are liable for a re postage fee.
• Items must be returned in "as new" condition with original packaging and tags.
• No items will be sent until payment is received in full. P&P is non-negotiable.
