Are your items new? - YES! All items are 100% brand new and supplied as they are manufactured. This sometimes means that CDs or DVDs may not be sealed or shrinkwrapped, this is purely a record company/manufacturer decision and is common in the UK, but we guarantee ALL ITEMS ARE NEW.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our aim is to despatch stock items within 48 hours (2 working days) of payment being received, although due to stock locations some items may take a little longer. Preorder items can only be shipped once released by the record company. These items are clearly marked with an expected release date, once released then the delivery times below come into effect. Please make sure you are aware that these items will not be shipped until the stated release date.

Please note that international orders over £40 will be sent via 'AIRSURE' or 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR' post and this will incur an additional £4 on top of standard postage costs. Please take this into account when ordering.

Once handed over to Royal Mail for delivery they will deliver your item based on the delivery service you have chosen:

First Class: although usually next day, this is not always the case and Royal Mail can can take up to 3 working days to deliver and in worst cases they advise to wait 15 working days (Mon-Sat). Items do usually arrive well within this time but if it hasn't then we are happy to offer a replacement or refund where a replacement is not available.

Second Class: usually 2 days but again, Royal Mail can take up to 7 working days to deliver and in worst cases they advise to wait 15 working days (Mon-Sat). Items do usually arrive well within this time but if it hasn't then we are happy to offer a replacement or refund where a replacement is not available.

Airmail: this varies and and in worst cases Royal Mail advise to wait 28 working days (Mon-Sat). Items do usually arrive well within this time but if it hasn't then we are happy to offer a replacement or refund where a replacement is not available.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Items you have changed your mind on may be returned within 7 days for a refund on the cost of item only; no postage costs will be refunded.

Damaged items must be sent back to us and will be replaced (subject to stock) or refunded.

Postage costs will need to be repaid on items returned due to incomplete address or not collected from Royal Mail/Courier and postage costs incurred by ourselves will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
