We aim to produce, package and post your item to you within 24 working hours of payment. We post Monday to Friday. If, for any reason, there will be a delay in despatch, we will notify you within 24 hours of payment. Please ensure that
we have your correct delivery address including house number or name, street and post code. If your address records at Ebay or Paypal are not accurate then we are not responsible for deliveries sent to a wrong address.
We post your item using the Royal Mail delivery service. Their estimated delivery times in working days are as follows:
Please allow 3 days more than the Royal Mail estimated delivery time before contacting us about an undelivered item.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please notify us as soon as possible and certainly within 10 days of receiving your item. You cannot return an item that has been worn, washed or
damaged. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. However, if you have received an item that you did not order then we will refund the cost of any return postage. We highly recommend that the Buyer sends the item back via
recorded delivery, we will not be responsible for refunding any returns that go missing in the post. .
- Send an email to notify us of the reason for return.
- Include a note in your return clearly stating whether you want a refund or exchange.
- Include your eBay username, sales record number, name and address. It is simplest to write on the back of the original invoice you received.
- If you want an exchange, state the new size or colour you require.
