The rules are: 1. 20% must be put down within 7 days after the listing has ended. 2. Winner of the item has exactly 3 months to pay off the balance. 3. If the winner does not pay the balance in full, a 20% restocking fee will be charged and the remainder of the money will be refunded and the item will be relisted. 4. If winner decides to place additional items in layaway account,the winner still has to have all items cleared out 3 months from original purchase ***FOR LAYAWAY RETURNS*** A 5%-12% charge will be applied to layaway returns depending on the final sale amount.
