| A:Any item over $50.00 will be shipped out to you fully insured USPS first class mail or Federal Express. The shipping discount on domestic purchases is as follows: First item is full shipping price and each additional is half the shipping price and ship out together. Discount applies for anything bought within one week of each other. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I try to send out items the same day that payment clears my account. It will never take me more than 3 days to get your item in the mail. Federal Express express saver (3 days to MOST domestic areas) and/or USPS first class mail (3-5 days to MOST domestic areas). If it is delayed it is the carrier NOT the shipper. Please...no angry emails :) |

| A:All fees are included & have already been factored in the shipping charge listed on the item.I DO charge handling fees (again included in the shipping rate).The item will arrive to you safely packaged with care in a box or silk pouch, bubble wrapped in a padded envelope. It will not come in a duct tapped dented pop tart box, people do it, not me :) |
