I want to thank you all that have been buying from me recently or have been a regular for the past few years. Thank you for your support, your immense understanding, patience and kind words. Thank you for standing by me.

This New year, all will soon change for me too. It's been too long and i'm getting too old for ebaying. I want to do something else with my time. I'd successfully sold about 80% of my stock last Christmas and I'm not listing as much anymore. My Australia post contract will finish up by end of February. I don't intend to renew my contract. So by end of February i'll retract all my FREE POST option and increase postage to over-the-counter postage price + handling. Meaning shipping will double or triple depending on where you are. I DO NOT want to do it but what else can i do. It's only going to get worse with postage when Australia post keep increasing cost every year (which is pretty soon for 2012 by the way)

Hints: If you're watching any of my items for pass weeks/months, get it soon while i can still post at fairly reasonable cost.

Since ebay can't do anything, it's really up to me to explain why my rating is a pile of doo-doo at the moment. After all, shouldn't i have the right to my opinion too?

Neutral 1 : Sent within 2 days after payment; As far as i know, all goes well. Didn't hear anything until 3 or 4 weeks later via this feedback. If i was informed of non-delivery, i would have look up tracking. I believe there was long weekend in QLD and it over 7kg box about 1meter in length so it was a huge parcel. Could that be the reason of delay? I didn't get to understand and make my explanation.

Neutral 2 : This looks like a positive feedback to me but why the Neutral?? Parcel go missing all the time and I DID send replacement soon as i was informed. It arrived safely didn't it? I don't understand these people, do they even have compassion? When i first started ebaying 9 years ago, buyer was never this cruel *sigh*.

What else can i do when met buyers like these? Simply because I work so hard and I care about what i do, that made this so upsetting. They ruined a good 'resume' (yes, the ratings is almost like a resume to ebay sellers) Block them before they give you the same heartache. You don't deserve to be treated like this.

Negative 2 : My fault entirely. Lack of sleep and assignments dues has driven me forgetful. Marked it as sent but i didn't realise i didn't send. Was very sure i did so even marked as sent on ebay. item as for birthday so buyer wasn't too happy. Thought the least i could do was name couple of retailers that i thought may still have the item in stock. Buyers found one at the suggested store and save themselves $35. Silly me to think that this will surely make them happy enough to have a heart to forgive me for an un-intentional, honest mistake. *sigh*

Customer service & return policy  

For best customer service, do make sure your email address & postal address are up to date. Please check your email regularly. I am usually very prompt with emails and sending buyer an invoice immediately after the auction has ended. I will email buyer within 24 - 48 hours unless something inevitable has come up which I will explain to you in my email. But if you haven't heard from me after 2 days despite numerous attempt to contact me, it is possible that mine or your email ISP or email address is down. Do PLEASE email me for quote, especially overseas buyer. As a seller, i prefer if we never have to come to a stage where we need to return or dispute over the item you'd purchased. Do please read the description of the auction before purchase. If my service and merchandise is not to your satisfactory, DO PLEASE contact me first. I will do my best to accommodate or explain until you are happy. Leaving negative/neutral feedback doesn't solve anything. Cancel of purchase will be honoured with strong & valid reasons and buyer have to contact me immediately.

I DO combine postage. Maximum 20 kg per parcel - for as many parcel as you wish. Upon request, i can ship to your love ones, friends, birthday boy/girl, gift wrap and card, etc.
