If you want to return something...

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7-day "cooling off" period (starting from the delivery date) in which you can send back any returnable item. If you do want to return/exchange something, you will be responsible for the security and cost of the return delivery. Therefore, we recommend that, for your protection, you should pay for proof of despatch and delivery. Please advise our Customer Care team when you intend to return/exchange any product. If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty or damaged we will once the fault has been proven supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. Should a fault occur after the initial 28 days, we will resolve your concern in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We will endeavour to process returns within 10 working days of receipt.
