A. We dispatch all items the same day if purchased before 16:30, so you should expect to receive your item the next working day or the day after. Please contact us if you have not received your item 7 days after purchasing.

 

 

Q. I would like to buy more than one item, do I get a discount?

A. We offer £1 off each additional item purchased. Example, if you purchase 2 items, we reduce £1 off the total price and so on.

A. All of our items are inspected thoroughly to ensure you receive the perfect product. If however, you receive a faulty product, please return it and we will refund you and reimburse your postage cost.
