 Q: Do I accept returns?
  A: Yes, I accept any return you are not happy with. If I have made a mistake, I will pay return shipping. Please contact me if you would like to make a return. I do not want anyone unhappy with anything they purchase from me.
 Q: International Shipping
  A: I ship internationally in the Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope and Medium Boxes. I can fit up to 8 yds of 45" wide cotton fabric into the envelope and 25 into the medium flat rate box. I combine shipping GLADLY and will ship as much as humanly possible in the containers. I never overcharge for shipping and usually charge way under the actual cost.
 Q: Can I get my multiple yardage cut as one piece?
  A: All of our fabrics are on the bolt and will come in one continuous piece for a multiple yardage purchase. All fabric is new and unwashed unless specifically stated otherwise.
 Q: What Are My Combined Shipping Rates?
  A: 1Yd $2.35, 2Yd $2.95, 3-8Yd $3.85, 9-15Yd $10.85, Orders 16 Yds and over ships for $3.85 total in the United States Only. These rates are for cut yardage, regular cotton up to 45 inches wide, does not include flannel or fleece fabric
 Q: If you do not hear back on a question within 24 hrs.....
  A: If you have emailed a question to me and have not received an answer, please send the question again. I do not always get all of my messages and do not want to cause any frustration.
 Q: Can I Pick Up My Order?
  A: I am sorry, at this time, I am not insured for a will-call business and cannot accomodate pickups.
 Q: If You Just Do Not Like Your Purchase...
  A: If you do not like your items when you receive them, just contact me to return them. I do not pay return shipping unless it is my mistake in the listing.
 Q: What Countries Do I ship to?
  A: I ship to any country that will accept a Priority Mail Envelope and Box. I do not ship to any country that does not allow any product that I sell so please check your local customs requirements.
 Q: What if I need to Cancel My Order?
  A: If you change your mind on your purchase or need to cancel for any reason just email me. I totally understand you may change your mind. I can file a mutual cancelling of the bid and it will not be a black mark on anyone and there will be no fees or charges.
 Q: Colors Of Fabric & Your Monitor
  A: All computer monitors will show a bit of difference in color. This can be due to something as simple as a television set or cordless phone around the computer. If you would like color verification or swatches, just email and I will get them right to you.
