Hello we post through HDNL 48 hour signed for delivery for UK customers and royal mail signed for small packets for cutomers out side the UK so all items can be tracked. Paypall is our only method for payment, and payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. We combine postage on multible purchases.

All our ex Asos catalogue clothing must have the neck or waist labels removed or covered.

This is never noticeable when worn or defects the item in anyway.

Ex Asos cataloque shoes, accessories and some designer wear the internal logo's are covered with a canvas label because removal would ruin or defect the item.

 Whenever this applies the item description will also state "labels removed".

Not all items in our shop have had the labels removed or covered.

All our "buy it now"Forever Unique, Lipsy London and Motel listings are brand new in manufacturers packaging with tags and labels still intact.
