What is a P&P charge.
It takes more than just a stamp to dispatch an item. We use 'account post', which is a system of Roayl Mail, we have to sort the items and then deliver them to the sorting office. There is also a VAT chage on all UK post for business customers.
Each item is posted in a grey mailing bag and labels have to be attached with a document pouch, all of which incure additional costs.
How Do we Combine Postage.
When you purchase an item either as a Buy it Now or win an action, your item will arrive in our 'Items Awaiting Postage' box. We will then combine purchases or you can request it manually. If you pay for the items before we issue the final invoice, they revert into 'Items Awaiting Dispatch', where they will be bulk printed as invoices. Although we can still change postage costs at this stage, we have to do it via Pay Pal refunds system. We will not know that you overpaid on postage unless you tell us. Please do not pay for items seperately, but request a combined invoice.
How much do we charge for postage.
From 2 April 2012, there is a minimum postage charge of £1.95. Some items will show lower postage if they were listed before that date, you will not be charged extra in this case. Small orders require the same amount of packaging time as larger orders, plase do not rate us low on postage costs because you think that the stamp would have cost you less. We encourage our buyers to purchase multiple items, so that we can pass on the savings we make on packaging time.
Examples of combined postage.
It all depends on weight but for 1-5 small items, such as t-shirts, posgate will remain at £1.95. It then goes up to £2.25-£2.95. Orders over 1kg, will ship via a courier at a cost of £5.99. This is where the savings really add up!
International orders.
We ship worldwide, however for countries with unreliable postage service, such as Russian Federation, orders over £41 have to be posted via signed for service.
Items lost in transit.
It is frustrating when the item does not arrive. However, it is rarely our fault. We trust the postal company to deliver the same quality service as we do. If they do not, please do not rate us low, we have done our best to get the item out to you. |
