Postage and dispatch: All postage costs include postage and packaging. All deliveries go out around 2pm Monday to Friday business days. All small packets are sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. Boxes are sent via courier and is guaranteed next business day delivery. If you are from abroad, please get in touch before bidding/buying to find out shipping prices if the shipping price for your country is not stated. Boxes sent abroad by courier usually takes about 4-5 business days and packets sent abroad by Royal Mail should be delivered within a week. I ALWAYS send out a dispatch notification once I have posted your goods! *Note* We do not take responsibility for damage, loss or delays in the post.
Refund and exchange: In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact me immediately (within 24 hours of receiving goods) so that some arrangement can be made.
Feedback: I will always leave feedback once I have heard that the goods have arrived ok and would appreciate feedback in return. (It's only fair!) Leaving me feedback tells me that you have received the goods as well as improving my reputation as a seller. If you are happy with the goods, please leave me some positive feedback. If you are not happy in any way, then please contact me first before leaving negative or neutral feedback so that the problem can be resolved.

Holidays: I do not post on bank holidays. We are also closed during the Christmas period. From time to time, I am also away from the office for a few days or a week.
