Customers should be aware that the 'Postage & Packing' charge includes a 'Handling Fee'.   This covers the cost of the time it takes to process your order and any transportation costs to the Post Office. It is not a quotation for the Postage cost alone. All Giftbags are individually checked and packed to order.  

A discount of these charges is available for multiple purchases, provided all items are paid for together.      Please wait to receive my invoice before paying.   Many thanks.

Shortages or Faulty Goods must be advised within 3 days of receipt of order.  Goods should then be returned in original packaging & unused condition within 10 days.   Replacement will be sent if available, otherwise value of goods will be refunded.
