I despatch everyday including Saturday. All my items are sent out Royal Mail 1st class post unless otherwise stated or agreed.
I promise to always retain proof of postage for all parcels sent.
I will however not be held responsible for parcels going missing in transit.
If you do not receive your parcel, please contact me and i will endeavour to assist in all possible enquiries.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging, unused, complete with original tags still attached.
Buyer is to pay return postage and obtain proof of postage from the post office. Refund will be given for the purchase price only. Postage costs are not refundable.
