Do make sure you've included all your items and their contents in your return parcel. We can't refund returns with missing items, without original packaging or products that are not resalable.
Please note: If item(s) returned to us have evidently been worn, or if costume packaging has been heavily damaged and the item cannot be restocked for sale we will not be able to process your refund and the item will be returned to you.
Please take care when opening costume packaging.
We also advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents; otherwise it may not reach us.
Please also be sure to obtain a proof of postage, or have your returning item tracked with Royal Mail. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives to its destination. In the event the returned parcel does not arrive at it's destination, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with Royal Mail to process a claim for a refund.
How long will it take to process my return?
We'll aim to process your return request within 14 working days of receiving your product. Within 30 days of receiving your confirmation order you should receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.
In busy periods like Halloween and Christmas we may take a little longer.
Need refunding ASAP?
Our usual process sends your item to Quality Control firstly and then on to our offices to credit your account with your refund, this takes us around 14days and can take up to a maximum of 30days.
If you are in a hurry for your refund please send this via1st Class Signed For or Special Delivery with Royal Mail and send us the tracking number, when we can see we have received your item on the Royal Mail track and trace website we will refund you for your item(s) immediately. Only special cases where the contents of your return do need to be verified, will we wait for the item to go through quality control. We will not refund the cost for returning any parcel as unwanted for any reason, we may at our discretion refund for return postage if the item was faulty, but this will only be up the1st Class Royal Mail price list for the item and no payment higher than this shall be awarded.
