Here are the guidelines

Items must be sent back to us in the condition they were sent to you with any tags still attached. · Items must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt (please obtain proof of postage) you must inform us within 3 days of reciept that you wish to return the item · For exchanges the buyer must pay all postage and packaging charges. · For returns, we will refund money received minus all postage and packaging charges plus 10 % restocking fee. All new items will arrive in manufacturers packaging and will require pressing

UK Deliveries

All of our items are posted as standard using either via Royal Mail 1st class recorded or 1st class with certificate of postage. You can usually expect delivery of your item within 1-2 working days of postage although Royal Mail do not guarantee this.

If you require a guaranteed delivery you must opt for 24hr Courier

If you have not received your item within 5 working days it is likely that Royal Mail have attempted to deliver while you were out and it is being held at your local sorting office. We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail if they have not left a calling card under these circumstances.

Royal Mail special next working day/Saturday special delivery is available at extra cost.  For Saturday special deliveries we recommend you contact us on 07787 507599 to check availability and price.
