Items must be sent back to us in the condition they were sent to you with any tags still attached. · Items must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt (please obtain proof of postage) you must inform us within 3 days of reciept that you wish to return the item · For exchanges the buyer must pay all postage and packaging charges. · For returns, we will refund money received minus all postage and packaging charges plus 12% restocking fee. All new items will arrive in manufacturers packaging and will require pressing
