UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • We really hope you will be delighted with anything you buy from Fancy Dress Magic, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy.

  • Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received.

  • Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.

  • Due to their nature teeth, facial hair, wigs, make-up, tights and stockings cannot be returned unless unworn or unused. Such products cannot be returned if they have been tried on or used.

  • When returning goods you must open a returns case through eBay and include a note of your name, address, reason for the return, eBay item number and user ID.

  • Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a full refund - providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.

  • We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued.

  • In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item either returned or disposed of. If a replacement item* is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.

* International Orders Only - we can only issue a refund on items that have arrived damaged, we are unable to send out replacements.
