Welcome to Family Ceramic Bisque. The following are a few important announcements:

 

 

COMBINED SHIPPING

 

If you purchase more than one item, PLEASE DO NOT PAY until we send you a separate invoice (an email) with the proper shipping amount. eBay’s combined shipping calculator is often incorrect.

 

It may be several hours until we have the time to pack your order and send your invoice. We oftentimes wait until the evening to do this.

 

SHIPPING TIME

 

If you pay for your order (which was bought on a previous day) before 7:00 AM EST, we will try our best to ship it on that day. Otherwise, if you pay after 7:00 AM, we will probably ship your order the following day.

 

 

SUNDAYS

 

We will be closing our store weekly from 9:00 AM Sunday to 10:00 PM Sunday EST. We have decided that we need to honor the Lord’s day and take a much needed rest.  Usually we will be available to answer emails and process previous orders during most of the day.

 

PAINTED  BISQUE PIECES

 

We are frequently asked if we will paint or glaze our pieces. We are focusing our attention on making bisque, so unfortunately we do not have the time to paint or glaze our bisque for customers.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes! If the items can be safely packed in one box. When you buy one or more items and you are finished buying, request a total and we will send you an invoice for the actual shipping plus $1. For international orders we add $1.25
Q: When can I expect my order be shipped?
A: If you pay before 10 pm, your order will be dropped off at the post office or FedEx the next morning. Please note FedEx packages can only be dropped off Monday - Friday. PLEASE NOTE: EChecks take 3-4 business days to clear.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We charge actual shipping plus $1. For international orders we add $1.25 If more than one box is needed, you only pay the $1 once.
Q: What are my shipping options? Post Office or FedEx
A: For boxes measuring over 1 cubic foot that are to postal zones 5-8 from Ohio or boxes over 3 lbs, we may quote a shipping choice 'other' (which is FedEx. The shipping cost may be much cheaper (many times half the cost of priority). FedEx includes insurance and tracking. FedEx can't deliver to a Post Office Box or APO/FPO.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We just started to ship internationally, most of listings say we don't. Keep in mind it is very expensive and shipping times vary. We charge actual shipping plus $1.25 for international orders.
