Standard UK mainland delivery
Our delivery time for standard orders (under £20.00) to UK mainland addresses is currently 2 - 3 working days. These orders are delivered by Royal Mail and don’t require a signature, so if the item is too large for your letterbox and if you aren’t at home during the delivery attempt the post person will either leave your order with a neighbour or within a safe place at your address. The post person will post a card through your door informing you of where the item has been left. If neither option is available to the post person they will take the package back to the sorting office and await further instructions from you.
Our Express delivery service is a guaranteed next day service for most UK mainland addresses but unfortunately this does not include a number of Scottish Highland areas and offshore addresses. Please contact our customer service team on 01695 682015 for more details. Our Express delivery is available on 99% of products but it is always advisable to contact us first for confirmation. Unfortunately we don’t deliver on a Saturday and any express orders received before 1pm on a Friday will only be delivered on the Monday of the following week and orders received after 1pm on Friday will only be delivered on the Tuesday of the following week. These orders will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers and can be fully tracked throughout their journey. All Express orders require a signature on delivery.
Please note - In the main, our couriers deliver between the hours of 7.30am and 7pm - however, during peak periods and busier times and to ensure your goods are delivered that day, the times may alter and be extended to a later time that day. There may be a delay on some Express Orders being delivered to parts of the UK as our courier continues to re-structure areas within their network.
Please note that these deliveries must be signed for – no exceptions.
Capped and Combined Postage Costs
In most cases our combined order postage costs are capped at £6.95. Exceptions do apply though – see below. In most cases, when you have finished adding items to your basket, you will have to request a total from us. We will then combine your order and send you a new invoice accordingly. If you require an express delivery and live in a remote region of Scotland or offshore then please contact us for a quotation before making your purchase. Capped postage is only available on standard items. Non-standard items are any item with a single dimension over 800mm.
