Payment

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN GB POUNDS STERLING 

UK PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Paypal (all online payments tofairwaytotrade@virginmedia.com), Bank Transfer, Personal Cheques (made payable to G.Marshall), Uncrossed Postal Orders (please allow 5-7 days for cheques to clear)

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Paypal and Bank Transfer (all online payments to fairwaytotrade@virginmedia.com) (We do not accept cheques or Money Orders from international bidders)

Shipping

UK MAINLAND: Our items are dispatched by courier.

Zones that have the postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels.

UK OVERSEAS ZONES: N.Ireland / Isle of Man / Isle of Scilly BT postcodes/IM and TR21-25 will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel (if you wish a premium courier please contact us).

INTERNATIONAL ZONES: Channel Islands £12.95 (Jersey & Guernsey) will be sent by Parcelforce, (please do not pay until we have sent the correct invoice).Southern Ireland will be sent by courier £12.95.

WORLDWIDE: All items are sent by either DHL/Parcelforce International courier,please contact us first for an accurate shipping rate.Please wait for us to send the correct shipping invoice.

Delivery

We ship items every working day, usually within 4 hours after receipt of cleared payment. Unfortunately delivery and dispatch times although accurate for almost all parcels cannot be guaranteed as there is always the possibility of outside influences beyond our control. Please ensure your address details are correct, we can only send to the eBay/Paypal address.

Undelivered and retuned items back to us by the courier will incur a fee of £6.95, this will be payable by the purchaser (this is what the courier charge us).

Refunds & Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on new items, but items must be unused/unworn/unopened, in perfect condition, with all tags and packaging intact, returns must be requested through the ebay message system within 3 days of receipt of item. Goods will be inspected upon receiving them back and the item value refund will be given, no postage costs can be refunded. Return postage must be paid for by the buyer.

We do not provide trade-ins and part exchanges unless it is a collection.
