Why don’t we use a cheaper shipping option like recorded delivery with the Royal mail? Answer

The Royal mail’s maximum length is 900mm, and the length plus twice the item diameter must be no more than 1040mm. Our post and packaging charges include a brand new box for protective shipping and courier transport.

Can you send by Royal mail standard parcels option?

Answer

We could send by Standard parcels, but we would have no tracking facility with this option and parcels would take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive to our customers, maximum insurance is only £36 all this we feel is unacceptable when sending high quality golfing goods.

We currently use 2 courier firms Fedex and Parcelforce who are fully trackable and very fast , they both deliver Mon to Fri (Weekend is a premium service).

How do I know your items are genuine?

Answer

All our items are genuine, we buy from a reputable company who we have dealt with for many Years with no problems. Most clubs are now made with a serial number and we try to include this in the listing picture.

Is there discount for multiple purchases?

Answer

Pay only one shipping fee for multiple purchases,we can send up to 20kg for £6.95.
