2nd and subsequent items as priced in sale item but refund of 2$US per item after purchase.

(ie ;you buy at sale price and fixed shipping and I refund within paypal later when you have paid)

All shipping fees are fixed for world wide; UK 2nd class; rest of world airmail priority;

UK normally within 5 days from date of sale ; Rest of world within 10/15 working days ( Some countries  lot less)
