P&P Information
Items are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive in 1-5 working day's. All Orders over £10 require a signature.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends and bank holidays.
If you order and pay for your goods by 1pm they will dispatched that day, if payment is received after 1pm your items will be dispatched the next working day.
Payment
The Current payment options are credit card or debit card, which are processed through paypal. You do not need a paypal account to check out . Once you click the checkout button you will be taken to the paypal page where you have two options - you can sign in to your paypal account on the right or choose continue checkout on the left. Items need to be paid for within 7 days of ordering, reminders will be sent.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know via the ebay messaging service, when returning an item make sure you have the original packaging and the item is unused. Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt.
Returns must not be altered in anyway, because of hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty/incomplete orders - please let us know within 2 days of receipt for replacement.
Postage will only be refunded if item is faulty or incomplete. |
