Q: Where is my item?
A: It usually takes 3-5 working days for items to arrive but if it doesn't arrive in 2 weeks, you should ask neighbors and your local sorting office if they have your item.
Q: Why haven't i got combined postge?
A: Combined postage is given when the order is combined and one payment is received. If you haven't waited for an invoice or separate payments are made you will not receive combined postage.
Q: What does new:other mean?
A: All of our items are new and have never been used, but new other means that there's no packaging.
