All UK items are sent by recorded delivery, and you will receive a message telling you when your item has been despatched. If your item does not arrive within 5 working days of being despatched, please contact me. I will help you to track and trace your item but I can not be held responsible for any failings on the part of the postal services should your item be lost or damaged. All items posted to overseas buyers are issued with a certificate of postage. If you require insurance, please let me know.
