You may return for a full refund plus return costs.
You can send a picture of the faulty goods and we will give a full refund.
Do not return items without contacting us first.
For all returned items please obtain proof of posting from the post office.
Please also include your Ebay user name and reason for returning.
Items should be returned packaged as sent.
