Postal Discounts
For all UK buyers (except Northern Ireland): Pay just one fixed LOW POSTAGE cost of £7/-no matter how many items you buy from us in one go! We will also discount postage on all multiple purchases if you request an invoice at the end of your purchases. In order to combine postage costs for multiple items kindly DO NOT complete payment after purchasing, but request a total from the buyer and we shall then revise the total for you.

PAYMENT

PayPal is our preferred choice for payments.

 

We do not accept bank cheques. They take longer to clear (posting to us time + 4 to 5 working days after presenting in the bank) - WHICH - inevitably means that we have to delay posting items AND THIS sometimes leads to customer dissatisfaction.

 

E-cheques takes longer to clear.  If you choose to send payment via this method please beware that it would take around 8-10 working days for e-cheques to clear and we cannot post your items until we have received cleared payment.  (Many-a-times customers forget this when they leave feedback, and they express dissatisfaction over the delay in receiving items... which is a little unfair on our part)

 

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ITEMS

We have a 14 day returns policy.  Items should reach us within 14 working days after you have received them and in the same, re-sellable condition as supplied.

 

If you are not happy with your purchases and decide not to keep the item after receiving it, you can send it back to us unused and in the condition that it was delivered.  You will have to bear the return postage costs in such an event.  We recommend that you also obtain a proof of posting receipt from the post office when returning items because we will not be held responsible if the returned items get lost, damaged or stolen before reaching us.

 

Upon receipt and examination of returned items, we will refund you your monies after deducting the initial postage amount.  If however, the item we supplied is not as described or faulty or damaged, we will either give you a full refund including the first postage cost OR supply you replacement item immediately.

 

Any damage or shortages must be reported to us within 5 days of ITEM Receipt to allow us to rectify things as soon as possible.
