For all UK buyers (except Northern Ireland): Pay just one fixed LOW POSTAGE cost of £8 -no matter how many items you buy from us in one go! We will also discount postage on all multiple purchases if you request an invoice at the end of your purchases. In order to combine postage costs for multiple items kindly DO NOT complete payment after purchasing, but request a total from the buyer and we shall then revise the total for you.

We use Royal Mail as our postal carrier for most UK and some International items as well. We get a postal receipt for every item we post. This is so that in case of items getting lost or damaged etc. there is evidence available which can be provided to you upon request.


Note for customers from Europe and other countries

Please note that we only use a registered & signed for service to ship to International destinations. Although these cost more compared to normal Airmail services; but they provide security and cover in cases where items get lost, damaged or badly delayed while in transit. It is very important that you ask us about shipping costs BEFORE making a PURCHASE.


Please understand that once we hand-in an item at the post office, we do not have any control over its delivery time as it is completely in Royal Mail's domain.


We try to send items out within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.


You will receive a dispatch notification once we ship your item.


During holiday periods or problems such as postal strikes or heavy snow issues etc., kindly understand that all postal services may take longer than usual to deliver.


Even otherwise, if you have not received your items after a week has passed by from the dispatch date, kindly get in touch with us and we will try our best to resolve issues.
