Trading Terms
Where we list on auction sites we do not accept unsolicited offers to end early and they will be deleted without reply. Most of our auctions have a corresponding Buy It now listing where we have more than one to sell and these are our immediate selling prices.
On successful auctions, we offer Second Chance Offers to losing bidders where we are willing to sell at your maximum bid. These are only valid for 1 day from offer after which time you will have to rebid on the relisted auction or purchase from our Buy It Now listing.
Please email us at sales@fymac.co.uk to resolve any issues that would prevent you from leaving positive feedback and ratings as we will do our utmost to resolve to your satisfaction.
We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders but occasionally we may have a run on stock. In these circumstances your delivery may be delayed until more stock is received or may be made direct from the manufacturer/distributor. You will always be advised of any delay and given the option of cancelling your order.
Whilst every care is taken when creating listings, we reserve the right not to sell the goods where the price has been set up incorrectly at a price we cannot afford to sell at. We will contact you and offer our best price in the hope that this is acceptable.
We will also accept returns without question for a full refund where there was an error in the description of the goods. |
