Delivery & Shipping
Please note that we do not currently offer international delivery.
If you have any special requirements, please email us at sales@fymac.co.uk before purchasing as they almost always cost extra and will be ignored if not agreed beforehand.
Goods should normally be delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch and if sent by Other Carrier will require a signature. Please allow 10 working days before making a claim for non-delivery.
You will always be sent an email when your goods are dispatched and tracking details if sent by Other Carrier (unless being sent direct from the manufacturer), please ensure that these are not treated as spam/junk by your email program.
When sent by Other Carrier, please check upon delivery to ensure that it is the correct goods and has been delivered without damage. If you receive the wrong or damaged goods, please do not accept and hand back to the driver for return to sender ensuring that you mark the carriers documentation accordingly as a signature only implies received in good condition.
If goods are returned due to non-delivery, a charge will be applicable to re-dispatch.
All postage quoted is for delivery within the United Kingdom and the following criteria:
· Items dispatched by Royal Mail
Stated postage is to all UK addresses.
· Items dispatched by Other Carrier
Stated postage is only to UK addresses excluding the postcodes below:
o Channel Islands: GY, JE (classed as international and not available)
o Isle of Man: IM
o Isles of Scilly: TR21-25
o Northern Ireland: BT
o Scottish Highlands & Islands: HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
Where listings are in quantity variations, the smaller quantities listed may be sent by Royal Mail depending on weight. Please contact us for a delivery quote before bidding.
· Collection
Unfortunately, goods paid for by debit/credit cards cannot be collected.
Please wait until your item is marked as dispatched to ensure that it is ready and waiting for you. You will be asked for a copy of your dispatch notification and goods will not be handed over without this.
Goods can only be collected from our Fyfe & McGrouther (Glasgow) depot and will be available for collection from when you receive notification of dispatch.
