PAYMENT
Payment should be made on any item within 5 days of the listing ending.
UK
Payment by Paypal is preferred but we will accept personal cheques and postal orders. Any payments sent must be sent by recorded delivery with details of your user I.D and the item No. All payments must be cleared before dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL
Payment from international buyers can only be accepted by Paypal.
IMPORT TAXES
Any Customs or import duties levied once the package reaches the destination country must be bourne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as they vary widely from country to country and it is you as the Importer who is responsible for paying these charges.
We are not responsible for compensating you for these taxes and if your goods are confiscated or retained for any reason by your national customs authority it is your responsibility to negotiate for release of the item. Please contact your customs office for further information.
POSTAGE
Once payment has been cleared, items will be dispatched within 2 working days. For UK items they will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, which means they will usually arrive the next day and will require a signature.
For International buyers the item will be sent by Royal Mail International signed for which will arrive in approx 3 days and again will need to be signed for.
Both these methods provide a trackable postage along with postal insurance of up to £30.
