Unwanted or unsuitable items can be returned in the original packaging and unworn within 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely case of a faulty or wrong shoe please return the item to me and I will be happy to replace it or give you a full refund including all postage. Please email me if you are not satisfied with your item. I will replace it, exchange it or give you a refund!.
For size or style exchanges return postage costs are paid by the buyer. The new item will be sent out completely free of charge.
