Terms and Condition
By purchasing an item from us you are accepting that you have read the listing clearly. If an item is found to be faulty or not as described we must receive the item back within 30 days of the purchase in its original packaging. Phones must have their protective screens on them and items must be complete as they were sent.
We will either exchange or refund any faulty items and we will usually cover 1st class recorded postage costs to return the items to us. Returns will be tested before any replacement or refund is issued. We do not offer ANY REFUNDS where an item has been damaged due to incorrect fitting. This includes torn phone cables & cracked screens.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong item the refund will be less our P&P charges we had to pay to get the item to you and also a 15% restocking fee. We must be notified of any return request within 10 days of you receiving your item(s). You will also have to pay the costs to get the item back to us.
Security marks are included on all of our items. If this mark is not present on the return no refund will be given. You will also have to pay P&P charges for us to send the item back to you.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is PayPal as it means that you will get your item quicker.
Please remember though that if you are paying by PayPal echeque it takes time to clear, an echeque is where PayPal debit the money from your bank account before forwarding it on to us. We also accept UNCROSSED postal orders (crossed postal orders have to enter the banking system where we incur charges and they take time to clear so we do not accept these) in the name of our company CLEWCO LIMITED.
You can also pay by bank transfer, please contact us for our banking information.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any form of cheque due to the time they take to clear and the charges that we incur from our bank.
