Q: Does your item come with fitting instructions?
A: Our items do not come with fitting instructions as we believe that Youtube has the best guides and they are constantly updated.

Q: Does your item come with tools?
A: Currently our items do not come with the fitting tools but we do sell them in our ebay store.

Q: What is your return address
A: Our return address is PO BOX 275, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 2WX. Please also include your username in the returns.

Q: Do you offer a postage discount on multiple purchases?
A: Yes we offer a postage discount but please contact us first before purchasing.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any item to be found faulty or not as described will of course be either exchanged or refunded on return of the original item. We do not offer refunds on items that are not the same region as this is clearly stated in the auction.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, shipping discounts are offered on all purchases. If you are outside of the UK and purchase over a certain amount of items (2KG in weight) then it is likely that the price will be very high. Once the weight is over 2KG then we will use a courier and you can then add what you like! Please mail us if you are unsure.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We post 2 times a week, usually on a Monday and a Friday. Items send in the UK are by 1st class mail, items sent outside the UK are by airmail if under 2KG in weight, if over 2KG then we use a courier.
