RETURN POLICY

Unwanted Goods:

We are happy to exchange unsuitable or unwanted items as long as they are returned to us in perfect condition and unopened, in their original packaging, with the receipt and within Seven days of delivery. In such circumstances we will not refund either the original postage or your return postage. We do not send goods out on approval. Please note there will be a 10% re-stocking / Admin fee which will be taken off the total if the item has not been returned within the 7 day cooling off period.

If you wish to return the item due to it being faulty, please supply us with a copy of your delivery note stating the fault and send it back to us with the item and its original packaging, within Seven working days. If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will replace the item of equal functionality for you.
If the replacement is not available, we will issue a Replaced item if you agree, or refund full amount and cost including any Returned delivery charges incurred where appropriate. However if we find that the item not to be defective we will not refund the Returned delivery charges incurred where appropriate.

The contents of your order should be checked immediately after delivery. Please contact us straightaway if there are any problems, make sure you either check the contents whilst carrier is present or sign unchecked. Point out any damaged boxes to the courier and make sure there is a note of any such damage on the docket before the courier leaves.. If we receive no such notification within seven days of delivery the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

The day will start from the day you received your item.
