 | A: I post on a daily basis. For example, if you bought an item on a Monday morning it would be in the post by close of business on the same day. Check my feedback and you will see I have lots of positive comments regarding speedy delivery. However, as I do post most items second class I cannot guarantee the speediness of the post office. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: P+P charges vary due to the size and weight of the item. Please remember that p+p not only covers the cost of the actual postage but also covers the cost of all stationery used, for example, bubble wrap, envelopes, sellotape etc. |

 | A: Yes, all my dvds and cds for sale are originals. I do not sell copies. |

 | A: Yes, I will certainly do my best. If you are looking for a specific dvd, book, cd, video etc and I haven't got it listed, let me know and I will attempt to track it down for you. I mightn't have it in stock personally but I may be able to direct you to someone who has got it in stock. |
 | Q: Are the CD/ DVD cases in good condition? |

 | A: I will not send a CD out in a damaged case, all my dvds and cds are all checked and any damaged cases are replaced before I post them out to you. |
 | Q: What happens if I am not happy with my purchase? |

 | A: If you have any concerns regarding your purchase I appreciate buyers contacting me first, in order to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible. I believe negative or neutral feedback should only be left when all other communication has failed. |
