 We also accept the following "plastic" cards MASTERCARD, VISA, MAESTRO, JCB and SOLO. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you choose this method of payment, just phone us with your details and e-bay item number(s) to arrange.

Debit and Credit card payment made in this way can only be sent to the billing address, unless specifically agreed.

 ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF United Kingdom taxes. Generally all goods dispatched will need to be signed for, so it is essential that there is someone in to receive the goods. Please ensure that address's shown are accurate and correspond to the post office official post code address to avoid goods going missing, or non delivery. We cannot be held responsible if these conditions are not adhered to.

We normally dispatch, subject to cleared payment within three working days, unless otherwise stated- please note we are CLOSED SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS, and goods ordered on these days will not be dispatched until Tuesday onwards.

Please note we will not dispatch to post office box numbers, or to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or Isle of Man- any bids placed on this basis will not be proccessed.

Whilst these are derived from actual photographs, variations in colour of monitor phosphors and other display hardware may mean that actual colours and visible details of items might vary slightly from what you will see on screen- however we endevour to ensure that all descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible.

The buyer shall satisfy him or herself that the product which he or she orders from Flitwick Motorcycles outlet store will be suitable for his or her intended use before finalising purchase.

Goods may not be returned unless they are actually faulty, unless return is agreed by contacting us within seven working days of dispatch- this should be done by phone fax or e-mail, in the first instance, and then in writing to follow up. If return is agreed, then a 10% handling charge will be levied, and postage will not be refunded. All items must be returned in a salable condition, with all relevant packaging and labeling intact.The buyer is responsible for all return postage and insurance costs. In case of any claims, faulty goods must be returned to our premises for inspection / repair / replacement at the management's discretion.

These conditions do not affect your statuatory rights.

Please note that if an auction item is won, return of goods unless wrongly described are not normally accepted.
