Frequently Asked Questions
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: For buy it now, you are protected under the distance selling regulations. We will accept all items returned to us within 7 days, provided they are in the original packaging and condition. . For Auction items, we will only accept return where the condition is not as expected.Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to advise us of the return
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, check the listing for our combined postage terms.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Under most circumstances, we aim to dispatch within one-three days from receipt of payment. If paying by cheque however we will need to clear this through our Bank, which normally takes 5 clear working days.Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so items won and paid for on those days will be dispatched on Tuesday.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Please see the listing for details of the postage and packing charges. These vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s).
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: It is not our policy to ship outside of the UK, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. If in doubt please ask before you place a bid. If you win an item and you have not adhered to this rule, we will cancel the order and refund you accordingly.
 Q: Will you post to P O boxes, or leave round the back
  A: All items sent are sent by a tracking method, and will need to be signed for on receipt. We will not therefore dispatch to PO boxes, or non-standard addresses
 Q: Can I collect in person?
  A: We always welcome collection in person, during our normal working hours. These are Tuesday to Saturday, 9.00-5.30. Please call us to send you a revised invoice excluding postage, and advise us you will collect in person.
 Q: I do not wish to use Paypal, will you accept other Cards?
  A: We accept all Major credit and Debit cards, just ring us on 01525 712197 to arrange payment. Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
