 | A: All my products can be returned to me provided it is within 14 days of your signed receipt of delivery. However, a refund (outbound transaction costs only!) will only be provided once it has been safely returned and received by me, in it's original state as was supplied to you!  | A: Before returning an item to me, please contact me via the ebay message system to let me know what the problem is. I can then advise you if there is a quick fix to the problem or if the item still needs to be returned, I can confirm my returns procedure and shipping details. |

 | A: YES you can provided you have a PayPal account! PayPal processes payments by Direct Debit from your bank account; or via Giro Pay; or by taking payment from your registered Debit Card or Credit Card. PayPal gives you the best payment protection when purchasing on ebay. |

 | A: FINKLEHORN is a Mail Order business only! I dropship my goods direct from the UK distributor. This helps me to keep my costs down to a minimum and therefore enables me to offer lower prices. My contact information is for my Office address only and I do not hold stock at the premises!!!

 | A: For UK deliveries: it approximately takes 1 to 4 working days after despatch depending on your chosen shipping option.
For Overseas deliveries: it can take between 4 to 10 working days on average after shipping. |

 | A: Ebayers can be blocked from buying from me for many reasons. One of the main reasons may be that your user account does not meet my minimum buyer requirement. For example if you are a persistent non-paying bidder or you send phishing or spam ebay messages you are automatically blocked! |
