• RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN AS SHIPPED CONDITION 
• LINGERIE & HOSIERY IS NOT PERMITTED FOR RETURN

Sellers are not required to offer a returns policy in relation to the following groups of items:

1. Underwear that has been used / worn
2. Made-to-order or customised items

• ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS   
• EXCHANGES ARE CARRIED OUT FREE OF CHARGE (MINUS SHIPPING COSTS)  
• ITEMS FOR REFUND ARE MINUS SHIPPING COSTS & ORIGINAL LIST / FINAL VALUE FEES

Lingerie & Hosiery is not permitted for return due to obvious reasons of Hygiene, Health & Safety - would you be happy to purchase such items that had previously been worn?

All of our Lingerie is custom made or made to order for the individual buyer & as such is not permitted for return / refund. We may on occasion & at our own discretion allow such actions but this in under extreme circumstances.

• Please select 'RECORDED SHIPPING' to cover yourself & us in case of Royal Mail failure - WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS SENT BY STANDARD LETTER/PACKAGE POST!
• Occasionally items will either be delayed in manufacture or awaiting re-stock. In these instances we will aim to deliver within 7 working days.
