Item didn’t turn up. Dishonest seller was chased after a week claiming they had already posted (they hadn’t posted, as tracking info was only added to eBay a week after his claimed dispatch date after chasing) Seller replied with an obnoxious attitude saying standard p&p took up to 10 working days & premium p&p cost more as an extra option on the listing. The item listing in fact ONLY showed free 3 day p&p as the only/default delivery option. Suffice to say wont be using this seller again. Poor!

'Timothy' expected delivery on the dot dispite being advised that our FREE/Economy service (that he chose) can take up to 10 working days (source: Royal Mail) Ebay give 'estimated' delivery dates however Timothy refused to believe this & instead reported us to eBay for non performance & filed a case. Timothy was rude, ignorant & despite our excellent customer service remained belligerent. Timothy was incensed when we barred him. We have many 1000's of lovely customers & can do without 'Timothy's
