Orders shipped outside the United States are shipped First Class
International Mail. With this shipping service, tracking information is not
provided. If you require a tracking number or insurance, please select the
Express Mail shipping option. Although this option does cost more, it also
provides a tracking number and insurance.
Most orders ship within 1 business day and generally take 14-21 days to
arrive. Once again, if you require a faster delivery option or would like
to be able to track your package, please choose the Express Mail shipping
option.
We strongly encourage orders shipped to Brazil and Italy to upgrade to
Express Mail. Although we do not require you to upgrade, our experience
has shown orders take over 30 days to arrive.
