POSTAGE INFORMATION
Depending on the item, we use Parcelforce, and COURIERS.
- If you purchase multiple items, the postage can be combined.
- We usually ship items, within 3 working days. We will inform you of any unfortunate delays.
- We greatly appreciate a daytime contact number, as this can help the delivery driver in case of any difficulty.
- Someone must be available to receive the parcel delivery.
- The postage cost for channel islands, Northern Ireland are different. Please contact us before buying (only those customers which are not in mainland UK).
- Parcel delivery by courier will be attempted TWICE. A 'calling card' will be posted for every failed delivery, after which the parcel will be taken to the local depot and will be held there for a short time, for you to collect.
- In the event a parcel is eventually returned to us due to non-delivery or collection, then you will incur further postage charges.
