Returns Policy

Product satisfaction

 If any goods or products we supply are found not to be in 100% condition when they arrive, please inform us immediately, so we can offer you a replacement or refund. This is subject to our discretion. Any breakages or order discrepancy's need to be made by email within 48 hours of receiving your item. No claims after 7 days will be upheld.

Returns, refusal, or change of mind surcharge

If your order is returned to us due to failure on your behalf to sign, collect, or change of mind, a surcharge of 20% plus full post and packaging cost will be incurred, to cover the cost of handling and administration. If you wish to return an item within 7 days of ordering, please call or email Explosive Nutrition for a returns code. Anybody failing to do this will have there returned item refused.

Refunds

If you request a return or refund a 20% surcharge plus the full cost of postage and packaging will be deducted, as these costs are heavily subsidized and therefore will be deducted if a refund is issued. This is not applicable if the goods have been reported to us faulty or damaged.
