As you may appreciate your feedback is very important to us and we are incredibly proud of the high level of positive feedback that we receive from our many satisfied customers.
We work incredibly hard to provide both great products and the best possible service to our customers so your feedback is very, very important to us. Mistakes do happen very occasionally - we are only human after all! If we have made a mistake or you are not happy with our products or service then please email us and give us the opportunity to resolve your issue before you leave us neutral or negative feedback. Please rest assured we will do everything possible to make sure that you are happy to deal with us.
Of course you may wish to provide personal feedback in confidence or require a personal reply that is not viewable by others. In these circumstances please feel free to e-mail at email@example.com and we will get back to you very quickly. This does not inhibit your right to still score our products or service officially on ebay.
Exercise-Direct will either exchange or refund on any item bought. If you want to exchange an item it will cost £2 for shoes and equipment and £1 for clothing to resend the item out. If you want a refund then Exercise-Direct will refund the price of the item less the postage. If the item is faulty then Exercise-Direct will refund the whole amount including return postage. These rates apply to the UK only , for worldwide sales please use ebay messages or e-mail for details.
